We’ve been waiting for the perfect time to showcase this wonderful October wedding! Last year we met Amy and Eric and attended their wedding day in Jasper, TN. If you can’t recall what the weather was like a year ago, let us refresh your memory- rain, rain, and more rain! We had two weekends in a row that rained here in the southern US. That did not stop this wonderful couple from celebrating their wedding day to the fullest! They even laughed as they suggested we take their wedding photos in an old cemetery across from the church. That’s right, nothing was going to stop this couple from being true to their own personalities on their wedding day. Check out Amy’s vintage style dress and mod veil, very 60’s! Later in the blog, she changes into a vintage stunner, a shorter dress ready for dancing! Even though the rain kept on coming on their wedding day, their pictures are absolutely beautiful:timeless, emotive, and authentic.
Congratulations you two!!! Happy One Year Anniversary!!

Where do we begin with this couple! First off, Brandi and Dawn clicked with their mutual love for Ohio, The Ohio State Buckeyes, and the Kent State University black squirrels. We found out that they were also planning a mini destination wedding in Beaufort, South Carolina and described their romantic, Southern theme. We agreed to meet in January to photograph their engagement pictures at Hunting Island State Park, check them out, the beach there was fantastic! They invited us to dinner afterwards and told us about their life together thus far, their careers in the Army, and their families. After the engagement session, we were so excited to meet back with them in April for their wedding day. They chose The Beaufort Inn and the team at Southern Graces to execute their beautiful wedding day vision. Their wedding was sophisticated and chic, with blush pink florals, gold painted wine bottles, rose gold table cloths and black and white striped table runner. The beautiful table settings were complimented with accents of hanging flowers, that danced and swayed over the main table. It looked like they were suspended in mid-air under the clear top tent, definitely something that we had not seen before! The Inn and adjoining gardens were a perfect location for their Spring Southern Soiree. What was most beautiful, however, was their love for each other. You could feel how much they cared for each other and were excited to start their life together. Everyone who was there, even if they were not family, felt like family at the end of the night, including us! We bawled our eyes out when Brandi walked out into the garden with father to see Paul at the end of the aisle and we similarly cried when Paul danced with his Aunt in memory of his mother. They beautiful personalities and love for each other poured over all their guests and loved ones and made for an amazing April day. Congratulations Paul and Brandi! We wish you so much happiness in your new life together!
