I am extremely excited to share this wedding! Ashley and Scott were married on 5/19 at the Casa de Solana. Believe it or not, they had just moved to a new city, moved into a new place, AND were getting married in the matter of a few weeks. Talk about a whirlwind! Ashley and Scott had visited St. Augustine before and fell in love with the beauty of the historic city. So it was only natural when talks turned to an elopement, that St. Augustine was it! Ashley and Scott are such a natural, easy-going couple, and from a photographers standpoint were extemely wonderful to photograph. Their personalities shown through in all the little details. Ashley made the boutonniere from scratch with feathers, burlap, and -ready for the awesome?- yellow electrical tape.  She also DIY’ed her bouquet from a few sunflowers and random flowers she picked up on the way to St. Augustine. So Creative! From the delicious Luli’s cupcakes to Salsa dancing in the park, their elopement was extremely intimate, extremely fun, and extrememly them.

Congratulations Ashly and Scott!!

I love showers! Baby showers especially, because you can feel the love and support for the new parents in all the guests that are there. When Kim and Josh started to decorate their nursery in a forest theme, I knew that they had to have that in the shower decor. We had tree branches in the entry way, wildflower seed favors, stuffed animals hidden around the room, and a beautiful ribbon mantle adornment. We changed my mother- in- laws home into a magical baby shower forest!

Kim and Josh and their love of nature and each other will definitely pass on to their little boy. I am so happy to share in this exciting point in their lives. Enjoy!

I am in LOVE with weddings, so when my friends Jen and Steve (Click here to see my top ten moments from their wedding weekend) were getting married, I knew I wanted to get a  few photographs of them. I have to give a shout out to the primary photographer,  Kristin Stefanou at Ella lu Photography, she is a fantastic  and has some beautiful pictures of Jen and Steve up already! She does amazing work, please check her out! When I was in Orlando  I had the opportunity to photograph Jen getting ready and the party at the end of the night. What an absolute blast that day was!  Hope you enjoy my view of Jen and Steve’s wedding day!
